The Plasma Division of Grifols was going through tremendous changes in 2019. Including new structure, leadership, acquisitions, and technology. In order to keep those working at collecting plasma in the centers, the newly appointed President started a yearly Senior Management Meeting. Taking lessons from the bestselling book, The Boys in the Boat, I was assigned to brand the events to build on each other as the business changed and morphed into its new self.
